  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Luxirra will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable.

  1. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4-5 days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
